April suprise seminar - black belt Marc Marins

we were very pleased to see our old member Liz back in Hong Kong, and with her she brought North Vancouver Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt Marc Marins. Marc was kind enough to drop by and roll, showing some great side control transmissions and submissions. we hope to see him back in Hong Kong soon!
